There was further diagnostic testing needed that Marvin was not able to complete and the pro that he called was not able to come to my home, as the pro would have to travel about 1.5 hours to get here. The repair was not completed and the diagnostic that was required to see if the repair could be completed was not done. Overall, I am happy with what Marvin did, but it would have been good to know that he is not a professional appliance repairman. Still need a professional appliance repairman to complete the diagnostics and hopefully complete the repair."
