"Mike at Mold One was incredibly helpful. He gave me great information and lined up an appointment quickly for mold remediation. My wife has struggled literally her entire life with being sick and unwell and having chronic headaches and fatigue and poor sleep and mood swings and food allergies and the list goes on. We've been to countless doctors, bought countless supplements, tried several diets, done allergy testing, been to chiropractors, done hormone replacement therapy, etc. We recently found mold in our home and began looking into mold as a possible cause for her poor health. Upon returning, there was a faint vinegar smell in the house. My wife slept better that night than she ever had, and within 2 days, she was feeling SO MUCH BETTER. In fact, over the coming days/weeks, even though she was 8 months pregnant, she felt better then that she or I ever remember her being. About 2 months after the mold treatment, I was working on replacing my roof. A micro-storm came out of nowhere while I had the roof open and absolutely SOAKED everything. We had water dripping through the light fixtures inside and huge water spots showing all over our ceilings. This was hugely discouraging. After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty. I can't say enough of how great Mold One and Mike have been, and what a life changing impact their mold treatment of our home has had on my wife. "Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."
