"Project took six days for crew of two. They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."

"This company is easy to work with! Great installation. James and Andrew arrived on time, worked diligently, were quite pleasant, and they left our home as clean as it was when they arrived. They installed a corner shower in our lower-level half bath, and it is perfect! We also found our salesperson Steven to be professional, friendly and very helpful. West Shore Home is a company I will recommend to anyone wanting a shower or tub installed. Great work guys!"

"everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Although it costed a little more then I could afford, I had a stroke and needed a shower. They did a fine job!"

"Great installation crew. Just some very small issues that are going to corrected."

"Shaq and Zac did outstanding work on raising our garage, porch and sidewalk and creating a drain in the sidewalk for rain spout. Very professional, polite, answered all questions and cleaned up afterwards. Extremely pleased with the work!"

"They let me know when the plumber would arrive, and he arrived and proceeded within a reasonable time frame"

"This was a unique service that ended up being extremely helpful towards my problem. My side by side fridge/freezer was dropped during a recent house move which rendered the freezer door to not close shut. After calling the moving company to fix the situation, they set me up with Neli to assist in the matter. The virtual technician was wonderful to work with and patient as he guided me to what the problem was and a resolution to fixing it, along with specific part numbers needed for replacement items. This was a great first time virtual technician experience for me after being hesitant towards using it, because I’m not the most mechanically inclined. I would highly recommend this service to anyone based on affordability, ease of use, and knowledgeable assistance."
