He even took the extra time to ensure that screws did not come through the ceiling when he installed the metal roof. Josh was also very flexible with a couple of changes we requested. "The wall did not need to be stabilized. They don't repair anything they destroy. They did a terrible job taking out drywall in the bathroom. Did not repair where they tore the paper on adjoining drywall. They didn't cut any drywall that would have made repairs much easier, they literally ripped it out by hand. They did something to the shower enclosure so that the doors don't close properly. The dust from digging out concrete was a terrible mess, they didn't clean that up. And - very expensive."
