After dealing with several lengthy, high-pressure sales pitches from other companies, Derrick from Cornerstone was a breath of fresh air. He came out in May and was able to quickly give me multiple options for the best products for my house. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell me, while still showing me high-quality products to choose from. The windows came in early July, but I had to postpone the installation until 7/27, and Cornerstone was so flexible about the schedule. The crew showed up promptly and worked efficiently without cutting corners, they were friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up after. We noticed an immediate difference in the temperature and comfort of our home as soon as they were done. I was also impressed that one of the owners called me the following Monday to make sure we were satisfied. "Josh has a great attitude, good sense of humor and is easy to work with. He arrived and looked at my front porch railing that was falling forward and advised of a couple different ways to fix it. I appreciated his bluntness as time is precious. He quoted me a price to temporarily fix the railing and also install a lock to an upstairs room. He was able to temporarily fix it with a future date to permanently fix it because we have to get the materials wood concrete screws to permanently fix it. He was also able to install the lock to the upstairs room. Overall it was a good experience and I have hired him for future projects."

"The wall did not need to be stabilized. They don't repair anything they destroy. They did a terrible job taking out drywall in the bathroom. Did not repair where they tore the paper on adjoining drywall. They didn't cut any drywall that would have made repairs much easier, they literally ripped it out by hand. They did something to the shower enclosure so that the doors don't close properly. The dust from digging out concrete was a terrible mess, they didn't clean that up. And - very expensive."
