I hired First Rate Remodel to tear out my old laminate floor and install upgraded linoleum sheets and they went above and beyond in the install. Joey also helped me find and replace my subfloor that needed replaced. He did an amazing job in a timely manner at a great rate.

I hired First Rate Remodeling to tear the old siding off our home, and replace it with new LP smart siding. I must say that they did a fantastic job and they were professional the entire time. They really respected our property and got the job done in a timely manner like they said they were going to. If you need siding or windows like I did, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them.

First rate remodeling did a fantastic job on our spare bathroom. It was out dated. Joey showed up on time and got right to work. I appreciated his friendly attitude and willingness to work with us to style the bathroom the way we wanted. We will definitely be hiring him again to do further repairs on our home!
