Ken was very professional and meticulous in his work to ensure the wall was supported and level with adequate drainage. My prior wall had settled due to a poor foundation and drainage. The wall cap, due to it's curvature, also required many of the stones to be cut, which was painstaking and time consuming. Trackline did a great job with this. Price was excellent as well. "I have used the Leaky Cellar several times to address foundation leaks in my home. The service comes with a lifetime warranty and I have been pleased with the work performed. In Spring of 2016 I contacted the Leaky Cellar due to a modest leak from a storm in an area they had previously repaired (warranty support). Staff on site were pleasant and professional and performed the repair quickly. Shortly after they left I noticed that they had dripped product on carpet in my basement hallway and stairwell when they exited. This unfortunate situation was addressed by the Leaky Cellar owner (Kevin) by funding the cost of replacing the carpet in the impacted areas. I could not of asked for anything more.
