"We have had numerous issues with the company from the beginning. The installers were late, the trainer was late, the replacement battery was late. We also had an issue where the dog collar was covered in a rust-looking substance that was harming our dogs neck. Owners were hard to get ahold of at times when necessary as well. They did rectify all of the issues however, but it doesn't excuse the poor initial quality and customer service."

"Well, I admit that there was some frustration at the delayed start. I also know that 2020, Covid, and supply shortages hurt. But, almost immediately after they started, I realized the quality and focus being given to the work. They listened. And they gave me, in my opinion, a end project that exceeded my expectations."
