Therefore, we contracted someone else and they returned our call on the afternoon of the same day. We explained our situation and are scheduled to come out this week for the repairs.
Tom diagnosed the problem and went over our options. We elected to replace rather than repair. He installed our newuunit within 3 days. Everything is working fine. Very happy.
