"Amazing customer service and work! They remodeled my house from the floors to the roof. It was done in a timely manner and took less time then was estimated and just overall completely amazing I highly recommend using this company!"

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"I had hoped to be able to install vinyl plank flooring myself but found it to be beyond me. Michael stepped in to help and did a great job. Since then I have had him do other projects for me, including caulking a window, installing shelves, and installing baseboards. I have always found him to be hardworking, trustworthy, and dependable. Because he is young and just starting out, he doesn't have as much experience as some, but he is upfront about what he can and can't do and is willing to do research and learn new skills and work until the customer is satisfied with the finished product. I recommend him heartily and intend to continue to hire him for various handyman projects."
