"They where late because of weather this I understand.  They where very courteous and worked hard.  I had a few problems, they could not remove all the spots and had no other solutions to remove the stains.  I was told all would dry in 2 hours as I needed to show the house in 4 hours, this is why I choose the type of cleaning, it took 8 hours.  They could not remove the stains on the furniture either so I think they need to make it clear that stains do not come out. One area was simply a little dirt.  They had to be reminded to do one of the sofas we reminded them when they asked us to pay.  I had to ask them to move an oriental rug away from the sofa before cleaning and the wood floor was not cleaned properly afterward.  I would recommend they put plastic down when cleaning sofas.  It was a snowy day and I had to remind them to wipe their feet when in reality their snow boots should be removed. I guess they did an ok job but would not use this service again.

"These fellows are not only charming and polite, they obviously take great  pride in providing superior  & exceptional service.   My 2006 Maxima looked as new. 
When opening the door of the car I  saw at once that they were the best.  The area surround the doors did not have a speck of dirt  and this is  usually the area that "detailers" overlook.  The wax was buffed to give the paint an absolute new appearance. The engine had that  "new  car"  look.  The  interior was cleaned  to perfection and even the wheel covers were removed and cleaned.

"Overall it was fine. The parts of the carpet cleaned look good and the jury is still out on if the PURT removed the smell of the pet stains. Could take up to a week they said. It was frustrating because there is a small landing at the top of one set of stairs they didn't clean. I have never had to specify that was part of the stairs, every other carpet cleaner I have ever had has included it. Also, I asked for a rug to just be cleaned and they didn't do it. It cost more than I have paid in the past as well."
