"There were some issues initially of the work done by the owner's assistant who attempted to repair a section of bathroom tile, but after our dissatisfaction was expressed with final result, the owner made every effort to remedy the problem. I don't think the assistant was properly trained. The work the owner did himself on the tile in the shower was of superior quality. He tried to the best of his ability to fix the botched tile repair in the bathroom and made improvements in its appearance but unfortunately only a certain amount of repair could be done. In a word, the owner's work was great, but the assistant's work was poor. Perhaps with better training and more supervision from the owner, the whole project would have been a tremendous success."
"Dan and his assistant arrived on time and they were both clean cut and friendly. He brought several samples of a wonderful grout recoloring product he uses (sticks to the grout, but not to the tile) and applied my color choice on a test tile so I could be sure of the look before starting. Dan was very meticulous during the job, going over everything twice to be sure nothing was missed. Whenever I requested something while they were working, he couldn't have been more accommodating. The end result was a wonderful improvement! I am so happy with the new look of the tile and highly recommend Victory Cleaning Systems. "It went fine. I did not appreciate the fact that gratuities were requested on behalf of the "helper". The head person told me that's the best they could do and the carpet needed to "rest". So, call them back in 6 months to hit it again. We have big dogs so there is high traffic areas. The previous owner of the home also had a dog, or few dogs, and an inside cat. They did a good job, and it looked nice. Unfortunately, the request for a tip left a bad feeling and I probably won't use them again. "
