"It went fine. I did not appreciate the fact that gratuities were requested on behalf of the "helper". The head person told me that's the best they could do and the carpet needed to "rest". So, call them back in 6 months to hit it again. We have big dogs so there is high traffic areas. The previous owner of the home also had a dog, or few dogs, and an inside cat. They did a good job, and it looked nice. Unfortunately, the request for a tip left a bad feeling and I probably won't use them again. "
