That was nice and if you understand it I guess it is important. However, I can explain the difference between sum of the years digits depreciation and straight line depreciation but only accountants would care. So I asked the price and when. He said right now and I paid him a bit more. I was expecting twice what he quoted so I paid a fair price. Then I left, when I got back it was done and the siding was clean and looks good. I paid less than I expected, it is/was a good job, so I am a very satisfied customer. THX"

"Had conversation w/ Dallas (nice lady) about wood fence cleaning- Said power washing if no previous paint or stain; power strip if there was. My 4yr old cedar fence no previous pain or stain- so based on description, I opted for power wash. Results- when dried, fence still gray- even tho stressed up front wanted tan cedar color returned.
