Great customer service!

IT was quick, almost too quick,

They sent one tech to handle 19 windows in and out plus sills. He did a horrible job. They sent a send tech out and he forgot a window, we had to catch him in the drive way. Every year prior my mom my husband and myself clean the windows and it takes us several hours. The first guy was here 2 hours and the second, who admitted to my husband the first guy didnâ t touch the basement windows was here less than 45. No they didnâ t have special equipment. Iâ m glad to be done with them and would not recommend them.

Had conversation w/ Dallas (nice lady) about wood fence cleaning- Said power washing if no previous paint or stain; power strip if there was. My 4yr old cedar fence no previous pain or stain- so based on description, I opted for power wash. Results- when dried, fence still gray- even tho stressed up front wanted tan cedar color returned. Called Dallas, they sent Tyler out- fence looks GREAT now! Thanks Moore Exteriors for making it right :<)

Great people to work with. Dallas scheduled very quickly. Drew showed up on time and worked diligently to power wash my driveway, sidewalk, stone front of house, exterior entryway and washed two windows that are way to high for this old lady! This is the third time I have used them. Used their service previously (two times) on my lake home.

They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and they did a great job. They washed the windows, cleaned the mildew off some areas of our roofing and also cleaned the pebble cement in front of our home. Everything looks good. We would definitely hire them again!
