I was very pleased with Michael and Justin who did the cleaning. Michael talked to me a lot about dogs and their behaviors. They were very professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"
