It was wonderful. A tow truck took the car to the garage. The mechanic checked out the car by looking over the belts, etc., installing a new battery, and test driving it. We appreciate the excellent service with this vehicle (as well as with our other vehicles). The work was done the day after the car arrived at the garage (towed the evening before the mechanic's services).

Everything always goes great. . He will tell you what you need to know about your car and will not try to sell you on items you really don't need. Last of the honest mechanic!
Our last visit we took my sons Taurus in for repairs that had ball joint issues. Reed worked with our budget and told us everything he was going to do before doing it and prices upfront. We gave the go ahead and he fixed it and the car was available the next day. Upon picking it up he was honest and told us the other set should be replaced soon and about how much time we had left before it should be replaced .

to fix it. I got my vehicle back fairly quickly. I would definitely would go back for any future auto problems I may have. Highly recommend taking your vehicle there.
