He came and gave us an in-depth explanation of what he recommended for attic insulation and ventilation and was able to get us on his schedule a week later (other companies said it would be 2-4 weeks before the job could be completed). When he came for the estimate, he took pictures of our bare attic and explained exactly what he would do. Today, he took pictures of he completed job and showed me the before and after. What a big difference! It used to be at least 15 degrees warmer on the second level, but now the temperature difference is barely noticeable!
