"This was a complex retrofit tankless water heater installation and out of 30+ companies called and solicited for this project, Brett and Dunn's HVAC was the only company to 1) entertain performing the installation correctly (gas line sizing and calculations), 2) had prior experiencing working with tankless heaters, and 3) took the time to work with me on a long list of specifications. These are bulletproof systems if the installation is done correctly and Dunn/Brett took the time to ensure the install was on point and everything went smoothly. They also installed a softener and filtration system. Everything went well from bid to install and I highly recommend Brett and Dunn's - will use again as I could not be more pleased!"

At the time they corrected the problem I was advised the system was probably 20 years old and we may have to consider a new system soon. The second time I contacted Comfortable Carla’s was about 4-6 weeks later when the system wasn’t working again. This lead to a system replacement. I was provided with different options, my questions were answered and the installation was completed as quickly as possible, especially in view of my husband’s medical issue. "Had new hvac, furnace, and hwh installed. Furnace had a couple of air leaks between a coil and furnace which I fixed myself. Hvac was spot on. Hwh failed first inspection, but was corrected in same day. For the premium price paid, these issues should not happen. Quality 4.5 because of these issues, same goes for value. Customer service is very good. They are very professional, work looks very good, clean worksite afterwards. I would recommend, but don't think about negotiating price with them. Their labor is very high."
