"Excellent. The Show-Me Pressure Washing crew showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Special care was taken not to damage the plants in our landscaping, which was very much appreciated. The whole process was smooth and I didn’t have to do anything! Our house is back to looking brand new! 10/10 would recommend and would hire them again in the future!!"

"It went fantastic. We had moved out of our home, and were on the road for a cross country move to another state. We hired Clean Viper to clean the home after we left. The worker showed up on time and completed all of the work as scheduled. Clean Viper even sent pictures to me of their finished work so that I could see how everything looked once complete. Our real estate agent stopped by the house after they were finished and was impressed by their work."

"Overall, everything went well. I believe they did the best they could at getting the couch as clean as possible, but there were still a few stains. Not a big deal though. I could have added on services like a "deep" clean, but I wasn't too worried about it.
Overall a good experience and I will most likely use ProSteam in the future.

"My carpet cleaning experience went very well. Doug addressed my questions and provided insight into why certain things are done in the industry. He was careful moving items and worked cautiously to avoid hitting items that he could not move."

Drapery Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Professionals remove dust, allergens, and stains while preserving fabric integrity and enhancing the appearance of window treatments.

You can clean curtains without washing them by vacuuming them and then steam cleaning or having them dry cleaned. When vacuuming, use a soft brush attachment if you’re working with a heartier material, like cotton or polyester. You can spot-treat stains with a stain remover after vacuuming, and then use a steam cleaner to clean the curtains from top to bottom. You can also bring them to a dry cleaner to have odors, dirt, stains, and allergens removed without washing them.

Hydrogen peroxide can be a good option for removing dried blood stains, but it’s an aggressive solution that could discolor or damage your carpet. It’s often a better option to call in a professional to deal with dried blood stains. A pro will have commercial cleaning solutions that do a better job as well as the experience necessary to get the stain out without doing irreparable damage to your carpet.

Yes, many providers offer removal, cleaning, and reinstallation services for added convenience.

The best way to clean drapes or curtains depends on the fabric. Always check the care tag for instructions before attempting to wash them.

You can typically clean drapes yourself if they are made of durable materials like cotton, cotton blends, polyester, or burlap, which can often be machine-washed. However, some fabrics can be hand-washed.

For delicate materials such as linen, silk, velvet, lace, sateen, or wool, it is best to hire a professional drapery cleaner. These fabrics are often dry-clean only and can be damaged, shrink, or be destroyed by machine washing or using the wrong cleaning solutions.

If the care tag is missing, the drapes are old, thin, brittle, or have existing damage like pulls or tears, it's safest to have them professionally cleaned. A professional will use the correct methods and solutions for a safe, deep cleaning.
