"My previous pool company of 4 years did not treat the pool when they took the cover off. They failed to show up to rectify the situation. The pool was green and a frog/toad spa. Poolside Pros treated my pool and pointed out the chlorine hose was broken. They repaired it and changed out the sand in the filter, which was due. They communicate, show up, and do excellent work. They are a family run business and friendly. They know pools! My pool went from green to cloudy to clear. I’m a happy customer. They are also available to help if I need something. 100% recommend."

Just a note not only did the come in on budget, but the other companies I called did not have any where the game plans or explain the details of what to expect. "Outdoor Oasis is absolutely outstanding! They installed a beautiful 20 x 40 inground pool with four waterfalls and also did the stamp concrete around. Jason the owner is always available for a phone call or questions I had in the beginning and never seemed like I was bothering him with silly questions ! The crew was very professional. They turned my backyard into an outdoor oasis. I can’t thank them enough."

"They only charge a flat rate for any basic service so if the AC goes out i call them and they charge a flat rate to service it. If it has to be replaced they pay up to a certain amount and if it goes over i pay a prorated fee."
