"My previous pool company of 4 years did not treat the pool when they took the cover off. They failed to show up to rectify the situation. The pool was green and a frog/toad spa. Poolside Pros treated my pool and pointed out the chlorine hose was broken. They repaired it and changed out the sand in the filter, which was due. They communicate, show up, and do excellent work. They are a family run business and friendly. They know pools! My pool went from green to cloudy to clear. I’m a happy customer. They are also available to help if I need something. 100% recommend."

Not only did he have a great team of employee's show up on time, they had everything organized from ground prep, rock deliver, concrete delivery, and temporary fencing down to the minute. I was very impressed with the owners showing up to make sure that I as a home owner was happy with each step of the process and that every employee was very efficient and knew their area of expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on a project you want done right. Just a note not only did the come in on budget, but the other companies I called did not have any where the game plans or explain the details of what to expect. "Outdoor Oasis is absolutely outstanding! They installed a beautiful 20 x 40 inground pool with four waterfalls and also did the stamp concrete around. Jason the owner is always available for a phone call or questions I had in the beginning and never seemed like I was bothering him with silly questions ! The crew was very professional. They turned my backyard into an outdoor oasis. I can’t thank them enough."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
