"This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for my pool to be closed for the year. That is roughly what I have paid in the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs, just felt like charging $1,100 to close a pool. I did not know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1,000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again."

"I knew that I was going to need very good help with this water heater replacement. The old one was 22 years old and had a lot of sediment in it. Also the location was difficult to get to. Jack sheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. Brad and Mickey arrived promptly and tackled the situation. As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them."

"This is a company whose service is timely, professional, efficient and affordable! Jay Hall must have it together because not only was he all the above, but his employees were also! In a matter of hours, they transformed our pool cage from a 25 year old worn cage to close to a new appearance. Plus Jay saw issues we were not aware of and promised it would all be addressed. After the price was agreed on Jay said several times that we needed this and that, which they did, in fact, do! We feel very fortunate to have had Salty Screens help us to take our pool cage from an eye sore back to something we will enjoy for years to come. "I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "
