"After we agreed on price I took two days off of work. I noticed a 40 X 40 pan way smaller than agreed on. He found another but still not the same size as agreed. I asked for a reduction in price. Never heard from him. They were to come for final walk through but never came. Called and rescheduled but never heard from them. I think they took advantage of senior citizens. I now see commercials for 1/2 off of price. I wish I new that but what I know now is they can't be trusted. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"Mad City was able to replace an old fiberglass shower in our basement bathroom with a custom shower enclosure. This was a tricky job because the shower sits under the stairs, but they were able to create something that fits perfectly, and gives us a more comfortable space to shower. The lead time is a little longer since they fabricate per order, but the installation was completed in a couple of days (that includes city inspections). Their crew was also very respectful of our home. Overall it was a great experience. "

"We had a $4,000 entry window replaced in May. When the window was installed, there was a problem with the top trim and casing. Champion sent our multiple people to remeasure. We were pushed off with "it is on order" until October. At which point I began calling every number I had every day until we were able to finally get someone out to put up the trim to cover up the foam at the top of the window. We were told that was the best they could do and that the window would not have the upper casing and that it was normal. The window looked unfinished and was not worth the cost. In November they came back out to trim the side casings to make it look more presentable but still did not offer to put on the upper casing. My husband and I researched and expended additional time and expense to correct the work ourselves. Due to the run around, failure to return calls or follow through with appointments I was disappointed with the process, customer service, and the final product."

"First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back.
