"Easy to schedule and arrived very promptly. The tech started off by telling me that I had almost been bumped because the owner's friend had wanted some work done and that he probably wouldn't have arrived to my house until 11 pm. Umm, ok. He installed the outlet for the dryer and replaced an outlet so it could be grounded for the washing machine. They are installed very nicely and work great. I know the plaster and concrete was giving a bit of trouble but it looks great. My only complaint is that he left for over an hour to "grab stuff from the supply house" when he returned he was very visibly tired and jittery. Very nice man but the professionalism was a little lacking... The work I wanted was performed & done well but the entire experience left me a little uncomfortable. I don't know if they would be my first choice for future work."
