I would highly recommend Freedom Security! After messing with a pieced together Ring security system, we were over constantly having to charge our devices and getting non stop notifications of cars driving by on the busy street we live on. Ring customer service was no help to us. Adam with Freedom Security listened to our needs and took care of all our concerns and then some! He gave us many different options on ways to secure our home from doors, to windows, etc and explained each one thoroughly. Installation was a very quick process and he taught us everything we needed to know to feel confident in using our new ADT system. His communication was fantastic and knowledge of the business made me feel confident in our decision to make the switch. I also loved his story behind the name of the company. Thank you Adam for giving us the peace of mind with our new security system!!
