"Kevin exceeded my expectations with my project. I was struggling to find a knowledgeable and timely business to get my (somewhat complex) whole home, interior/exterior audio video setup back up and running. Not only did he know of virtually every brand and component I had in my setup, he was able to complete the project in a few hours! I was totally not expecting him to first of all know all my components consisting of Key Digital matrix, baluns, Russound, MyHarmony, etc.. but to knock it out effortlessly was absolutely mind-blowing to me! I was so pleased with him, I even talked about some potential improvements I could make to our setup to make it even better. I plan to bring him back for future work!"

"He called right away and explained clearly our options for addressing the computer problems we had. I made my choice of going with a full maintenance which was very reasonable and he immediately began working on the problem and resolved in an hour remotely. He noted if they found there was a need for different virus software he would let us know. He provided recommendations on software we had that was not needed and may cause problems and gave some good general tips. He deleted the unnecessary software and noted that the Windows operating software now has these features built in. He did not feel we needed to purchase any different virus software. I appreciated that he was patient, and not pushy or judgmental. He truly helped. Thanks Rahsan. "
