"Great experience! My tub drain had been clogged for a few days, as I had not been able to get other companies to call me back or show up. I called Kyle, and he sent Gabe right over. I have old funky drains, and Gabe was able to figure out an easy solution and had the problem fixed in no time. Excellent service and I will be calling them for any future drain issues I have. I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"Even though I have read some negative comments about their plumbing's prices, I wanted to give them a chance as I had a fairly good experience on the HVAC side. Unfortunately, I am afraid the comments were right! I called them for a leak in my basement related to a water drain from the second floor bathrooms. Before starting, Matt explain to me he had to go through a "pluming diagnostics" of the entire house and systems that is a flat fee of $497 (based on the age of the house) for: Unlimited Time to find the problem, One level 1 to 2 repair included with diagnostic, performance check, whole home water quality analysis, including chlorine, water hardness, and total dissolved solids, confirmation that system is safe, reliable, and energy efficient, Applies to equipment 6-20+ years old, main drain, water pressure/water temperature over 1500 sqft, tankless water heater. Basically a fee to "find the leak" and anything else that could be wrong in my house in order to give me suggestions for additional repairs that go on top of the "diagnostic fee", unless it is a level 1 or 2 repair that you probably never have anyway...! I my case Matt's listed 3 options: - $4.193 (repair copper drain, new washing machine hoses, install pressure valve and new 50 Gal water heater) - $1.467 (repair copper drain, new washing machine hoses, install pressure valve). Meaning $2.726 for the water heater alone. Or $631 (repair copper drain, new washing machine hoses). Meaning $836 for the pressure valve alone! I told him I could do the machine hoses myself and asked him how much it would be just to fix the leak => $364. That means the charge to change 2 $10 hoses is $267!! By the way, they don't deduct the $79 service call if you are not part of the Membership Program, charge an additional $14 for "Transfer Fuel Surcharge" and didn't discount the $50 coupon. Bottom line my invoice was $497 + $79 + $14 + $364 = $954. Fortunately, I talked to Kristy from Customer Service the following day and got the $50 coupon applied and got an additional $50 off after my open and direct discussion with her. Thank you Kristy. Still, I believe the all process was a bit complicated for a leak and would have to try a different plumber next time. Further more, what's going on with the "Plumbing Diagnostic" fee if they have to come again later on during the year for another issue? I surely wouldn't need another "check" of my entire house..."

"Mark was very responsive and timely. I had called a couple of other plumbers and waited days with no call back in response to my voicemail. Mark answered the phone, came out the next day and showed up on time. He was highly professional, and very helpful. He provided some advice to questions we had in addition to performing the work in an efficient and quality manner. He also left everything clean and tidy.

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."
