"We had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that damaged a downstairs ceiling and the subfloor. He brought in his subs to replace the flooring, subfloor, toilet flange, sheetrock, ceiling, popcorn texture, and painting. Everything he did and all of his subcontractors were fantastic. "It was another great job by Tom and his patio guy Nick. Tom had recommended a place for my wife and I to go and pick out patio block and it didn't take long to find exactly what we wanted. You will understand when you see the photo. Turns out that it is a new product that just came out this year.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with Tom and ACT. If anyone writes a negative comment or wasn't happy with ACT's work, they are either full of it or are talking about a different company. Tom is so articulate and passionate about his work it is almost annoying. I guess I'm just not use to this kind of quality service that you don't see much of these days."
