I have never hired a professional painter. I figured you could save money doing it yourself. However this was the outside of my house in the MN weather and I thought it could not hurt to consult someone. I was surpised at the level of professionalism Tom displayed. He worked on the exterior of my house. He had laid down sheets or whatever they are called. Basically when he was finished there were no paint chips, drips, or evidence that my house was freshly painted other than my house looked brand new! He cleaned up after himself like he was never there. He was upfront about options and costs. He asked me lots of questions to get an understanding of what I had in my vision and what he could deliver. He addressed any and all concerns I had. The results were better than and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend VIP! The initial consultation to the end results were seamless and smooth. I would hire him again without any hesitation.
