"Brennan was one of three bids I received. He was very competitively priced and he also was extremely responsive! He met me on our closing day (when it was somewhat chaotic) and his initial bid was very detailed. He stopped back at our house and adjusted numbers after we ended up uncovering some plaster issues in our closet. Brennan was able to fit our job in during a busy summer, even after I was delayed in getting back to him following the initial bid. The work was done quickly and VERY well! Old house homeowner tip: Brennan is extremely good at plaster work/repair and radiator painting! All areas look good as new with little to no signs of the previous issues. The radiators turned out great, as well!"
