I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. "Had to cancel because one TV always froze after about 5 minutes, and they were never able to fix it.   They did try several times and let us out of the contract since they could not provide full service.  I would gladly use them again if they could figure out that technical problem, which apparently is rare in their experience.
