The A for Professionalism and Punctuality go to the installers. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and love with the end result! For that they get an overall A!
The company itself service was good, but I would have preferred a bit more hand holding when spending that much money. No follow up calls from our Sales Rep.  Never hear anyone from the sales team after we signed the contract.
