We asked Justin to come over and walk through the house with us and give his opinion on things that should be done before putting it up for sale. He gave us a reasonable quote, and let us decide what we wanted him to do, and what we thought we could tackle ourselves. Justin and his crew painted the main living areas of the inside of the house (walls and ceiling), remodeled the main floor bathroom, fixed and repainted some siding around the house, and poured a cement apron and re-sealed the driveway. He was always in contact with us on the progress of the projects (as we had already moved out). If we had questions or concerns, he would respond quickly. "Joe gave us an estimate to put a new roof on our house in 2005. We supplied the materials and he supplied the crew. All was done efficiently and professionally. Clean up after was great. At my request, they even painted all the vents and stacks with spray paint I had purchased so the metal would match the color of the shingles. Now 5 years later, we noticed a metal flashing piece had come loose. We called Joe and he responded right away. He came out when we were available to be home in case he needed to check the attic for water. He climbed the roof, checked out the area, checked around the spot as well as the entire roof for anything else that might be amiss. He said a nail popped out, probably due to a good wind gust. He put a new nail in and put caulk on it to seal it again. He was great explaining how the shingles & flashing were laid in that area. He said there is no concern for water damage or entry into the house, although he had prepared us before he came and told us he may need to go into the attic to see if any water had come in. That was based on our description of the situation to him over the phone. Joe is very professional and personable. His crew was great laying the roof. He did follow-up when the job was done to make sure we were happy. Great customer service. Even though we contacted him 5 years after the job was done, he had no problems checking out our recent concern and then fixing it himself. He wouldn't accept payment for the work.
