"The technician called about 20 minutes before arriving, and they were on site for about an hour. They had both of the needed parts with them, and were able to resolve the issues with both appliances in the single visit. I am happy with the service, and would hire them again."

"Kyle came on time as promised. He was able to diagnose the problem. He explained what what happened to my washer, and that it was a very common issue with GE washers; slipped belt and clutch. It took several days to get the parts, but he was able to replace belt and clutch in about half hour."

"Called another company originally they asked how old the furnace is and I said about 5 yrs. old (it is 6 yrs old). They informed me that I should get a hold of the company that put it in because it should still be under warranty, which after I looked it was. So I called Service Today to set up an appt. to have them look at it. Andrew came out and with various questions asked I said that the thermostat we have is wifi and that is how we run it. Comcast upgraded the wifi in the neighborhood the day before and it was today I woke up and noticed that the thermostat wifi was not connected to the wifi anymore. He looked into it and noticed that when I put it on heat via by phone app or manually by the wall thermostat, it was turning on the A/C instead and visa versa. He came at a price to me of about $350 to run a diagnostic to find the issue. He did and then he comes back and tells me that the thermostat itself is burn out (I bought the thermostat from them when I had the new furnace installed 6 yrs. ago). Andrew goes to his van and of course comes with only 2 thermostats that he has on hand. One is not wifi and it was $350 or so and the other was $800 which was wifi programmable. He did say we could just go and get one from Best Buy or something but we would have to install it. We decided on the lower cost of the 2. As he was installing it I looked up the retail cost for the same exact one he was putting in (Honeywell T4Pro) and it was $75 at Best Buy. I mean really.........that much of a mark up in cost!!! It is like this company does not understand that we are in a pandemic and that money for so many people is really really tight!! To gouge customers like that. As I sat in my office crying about the cost I let myself get washed into, after a while I asked Andrew why such a big cost increase on the thermostat. He said he has nothing to do with the pricing of items, which I understood. Andrew was a nice guy and just doing his job. I put this gouging at the feet of the company because right now, people have to decide to either pay a heating/electric/etc. bill or pay a company a massive cost to have a thermostat put in. Andrew did take down some wires that were for a humidifier that was on the old furnace prior to installing the new one and also cleaned some dust and lint from the furnace. Will I call these guys again, only if I know that there is something wrong with the furnace that is under warranty still, other then that, I cannot afford them. They were better when they were Airtech. The C rating I gave it has more to do with how nice Andrew was then the company. For the company itself, I give it an F"

"I was very dissappointed. I felt like I was taken by the nicest service man every. The appointment was scheduled in a time manner. The workman arrived on time and then after assessing the work left to "get parts" and didin't come back for almost 2 hours. Something about the company credit card didn't work due to a bank mix up. It took 4 hours to hang one ceiling fan and do the wiring for another. It was a pretty regular run the wiring through the floor joists, but he made it seem like a big deal. Mostly he look liked he was pretending to be busy. He went back and forth to his van about a dozen times to get stuff. He said the previously installed fan was not done corrently and that this was going to be a bear. Really he just had to remove a board and a hook holding the previsous fan and after he got serious about what he was doing that took all of 5 minutes. In the end he only installed one of three fans after being at my house all day. They then told me I'd have to wait two weeks for him to finish the job. After some discussion they got that down to a week with a different guy doing the work. Then that guy showed up 30 minutes late and I was already out the door to run my errands. I paid way too much for an incomplete job. I'm going to go with somebody else to finish up."

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."

Dishwasher Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, vinegar is an excellent homemade solution to clean a dishwasher. Its acidity will cut through any buildup, while its natural deodorizing capabilities will take care of any nasty smells.

Only if the dishwasher isn’t made of stainless steel. The corrosive chemicals in bleach will stain stainless steel and can also cause further damage. To stay on the safe side, stick with an extra cycle of vinegar to banish any lingering odors.

If your dishwasher keeps filling with water at the bottom but doesn’t fill into the sink, the issue is likely due to a blockage within the dishwasher or drain. Regularly clean your dishwasher filter basket to ensure it’s not clogged with food, and run a vinegar rinse periodically if you have hard water to remove limescale buildup.

Your first instinct might be to grab the bleach to clean a moldy dishwasher, but it’s not the best product for the job. You don’t want to use bleach to clean stainless steel components if your dishwasher has them, as it can cause significant damage. In addition, the scent of bleach can linger if not rinsed well, causing your dishes to retain a smell (and even taste) of bleach.

A standard dishwasher size is 24-by-24-by-35-inch for a built-in unit. The depth and height line up perfectly with most kitchen countertops and cabinet sizes.
