"Five Star Bath Solutions (FSBS) replaced our non-functioning basement bathroom whirlpool tub with a new whirlpool tub + shower wall replacement. FSBS was very easy to work with, from the initial in-home meeting to the completion of the installation. We were kept up-to-date on start date and other pertinent details and pre-install queries were answered promptly. The replacement/instillation itself was completed efficiently, the crew arrived when promised, the crew was very respectful of our property + home and we received a detailed walk-through of the completed project. "The entire remodel was a great experience. Our home is over 30 years old and when my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s the bathroom was no longer sufficient. The team came in and assessed my husband’s needs and tore out the old bathtub and put in a walk in shower. Raised the toilet and placed hand bars. They were in and out, the installers were respectful and clean."
