"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

Diser came in at a great price and acted like professionals, respecting my home while taking timely measurements for quotation. Timely is important considering James took 20 minutes while another company took over 2 hours after the other company rescheduled twice, your time is valuable. I feel that the value I received from Diser Construction exceeded that of the value any other of the options I looked at. The actual project was done efficiently, giving me updates, and took the necessary precautions to mitigate dust from the project. They went above and beyond to ensure I didnâ t have to clean up any kind of mess left behind. I did not know anyone at the company prior to them coming and quoting/installing. I feel that the recommendations provided to me by the company were honest and fair. I would and will do business with them again."

"Dave is professional, friendly, easygoing and polite.  The people who work for him are all respectful and nice. The majority of the work was high quality, and you always pay the price he quotes in his original estimate. I thought his prices were a little high until I started shopping around to other workers in town, then I realized a lot of them were extremely high.  The last bit of work he did was on a brick part of our home exterior. It was incomplete and looked like a child's work, though the same workers did an excellent job on a stone patio and porch stairs area of our house. The clincher was the heat tape he installed on our roof was done so improperly, and we had terrible trouble with ice dams. 
In fairness, I learned a lot about insulation and venting, and that heat tape wouldn't necessarily fix the problem. But in the interim, I did have to climb on my roof and re-do his crew's work in the cold."
