Our workers and technicians are not pressure sales people, and are trained to provide information and options based on their professional diagnosis, giving upfront pricing so there are no surprises, and letting the customer ultimately make the decision on whether to repair or replace. In many situations it makes much more sense to replace with new rather than perform expensive repairs on equipment that is at or near the end of its useful life, and if our technicians fail to point this out when necessary, we are not really doing the customer any favors. The water heaters we install are of high quality and have better warranties and manufacturer support than the big box store units, and if there is any future problems with the unit or the installation, Summit Mechanical will always be available to expediently take care of it for you.
