Prompt and did a decent job, but could have been cheaper. They also did not make sure that the water heater will drain properly, so now if water comes out of the hose it will just pool on the floor rather than going to a drain--at least until I fix it myself.

"It was too much for 5 minutes work cost me $45 instead could have told me what kind of wrench to get before they did the 5 min. task. Who makes $45 in 5 min for handy work? like replacing a bathtub handle. Correction just removed the lugs so that I could replace the handles. God don't like when people take advantage.
