"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

Stains the other company had left White Glove was able to get out with no problem! I had our dryer vent cleaned and our air vents and the air is noticeably cleaner. There was dust that had collected in all of our vent covers and they cleaned it out for me along with our furnace. The employees and owner are professional and courteous. They go the extra mile by placing your furniture on styrofoam blocks so legs don't get wet from carpet cleaning. They wear booties when walking around on the carpets too! I will be using them again and highly recommend them to everyone."

"It went great.  Steve did a great job.  Everything looks and smells fresh and clean.  Our family room and stairs were in terrible shape and now the carpet looks new.  The couch smelled like dog and he was able to get the smell out.  He uses environmentally safe and clean products.  He was professional and did a great job.  We will use him again and recommend.

"Kristie is very friendly and eager to please. She missed a few things, like dusting my piano and emptying trash in the bathroom, but that s somewhat expected for her first time here. I hired her for $128 through the app for 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, at 4.5 hours. But when she got here she charged me $168, even though 2 of the bedrooms needed only vacuuming. She worked for only 2-1/2 hours and that s ~ $75 per hour - too expensive for any housekeeper. She also told me she had to pay Home Advisor $40 just to contact me and apparently thought I should pay that for her. She did not want me to pay her through the app but wanted cash instead. I really thought she would lower her price when she did not work the full 4.5 hours. But she did not, and that really disappointed me. The house really looked great and smelled great. For this reason I would recommend her and hire her again, but not at that price."
