"They showed up exactly on time. They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased. They were in an out in less than .5 hours. They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them. A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired. It has been three months and all is great. It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
