Katherine has done general house cleaning for us every two weeks. She has always been very accommodating of our schedule whether we were there with little ones underfoot, or away from the house. I always felt comfortable leaving when she was there or even leaving my door open for her to come a few minutes after I'd left for work. She is very responsive to what I want cleaned and with young children, I so appreciate that she uses eco/bio friendly cleaning products. She always gave my dog a little love and was always willing to let him out if necessary. Katherine is prompt and efficient. In addition, in the last six years, I have so enjoyed her friendly demeanor. Although I'm sure I slow her down, I enjoy getting to chat with her on the days that I am actually there when she comes to clean!
