Jeff was very receptive and tuned in with the ideas we had in mind. He was straightforward with the possibilities and the limitations of the options we had for project. The project started pretty much right on schedule around mid July. Any few obstacles the project had regarding materials, regulations, or schedules, were promptly addressed to our satisfaction. Within three and a half weeks construction was completed. I was not expecting these guys to build things so quickly. It was a pleasure to have Jeff, Shane, and Jake. They were all professional, yet friendly. The very few things we had noticed during construction that required fixing they addressed to our satisfaction without hesitation. Their craft is top-notch. As a bonus you get a wonderful team of fun, friendly individuals doing everything possible to make your outdoor living dream space a reality. Thank you for the dedication, care, and expertise you put towards our project.

The team from Artisan Decks was fantastic from start to finish. The estimate was very reasonable. We had one estimate from another contractor that was almost double Artisan's estimate. We had a number of one-off needs that accompanied the deck tear down and rebuild. They helped us with all of them. They provided good recommendations for all of them. Throughout the project there communication and execution was impressive. We are just thrilled with the final product!! Highly recommend.

The Artisan Decks crew was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had four bids to add a porch with roof to replace our 23-year old deck. Jakeâ s presentation was the most professional by far. He arrived with samples, photos of similar work, talked over all the possibilities and patiently and cheerfully answered all of our questions, and clearly laid out the costs with all the different options we asked about. Once we selected Artisan over the other options, Jake kept us informed of every step along the way of when they would work, what would be accomplished in the coming days and weeks, when inspectors and subcontractors would arrive. Jake recommended we leave the substructure of our old deck to save some costs, and created a wonderful roofed porch that will bring joy to our family for many years. They showed great attention to detail and easily overcame any obstacles they encountered. Highly recommended!
