"Mike was on time and did a ‘great’ job putting up new railing on front and back steps...I suggest that you check the stability and secure nature of such an important deterrent to avoiding injury from falls that could/can occur...I fell and was lucky I only fractured my left wrist...could’ve been much worse...broken railing gave me some cushion from being a ‘direct’ head first collision with the rock/cement next to the steps..."
