"Dennis did an excellent job. He had a particularly good attitude about following through on the "punch list." Our job was straight forward, but we have an older house so there were many fussy details which were hard to keep track of. If anything had been overlooked, Dennis did not hesitate to go back and make the correction. Our kitchen ceiling needed limited but extensive drywall repair (a four foot square right in the most visible area of the ceiling needed to be replaced). The work Dennis did is invisible. In the hallway, a previous repair to the lathe & plaster had left unsightly bulges on the stud lines all the way up. With the resurfacing job that was done, the character of the old plaster remains, but the clumsy bulges have been virtually eliminated. An impressive job, using a method that did not gouge our pockets. Virtually every ceiling in our 90 year old house needed some attention; every ceiling was given the attention and care that it required. The result looks just great. We hired Dennis through Angie's List on the basis of his location and reputation. His service, happily, lived up to everything that had positively been reported here. We have hired him to do the exterior of our home on the basis of the work he performed on this job."

I just wish companies would notify the consumer when they are going to perform the actual work (this was the second time in a year that I had a service performed where I was not told when it would occur - and just came home to find it done I prefer to be present for any service, and will make sure to make that clear from now on
