obviously I waited way too long to write this - so don't want to be too negative because its not fair to the company at this point.


I just wish companies would notify the consumer when they are going to perform the actual work (this was the second time in a year that I had a service performed where I was not told when it would occur - and just came home to find it done I prefer to be present for any service, and will make sure to make that clear from now on
