Excellent They were professional , punctual communication was great very friendly I refer them to my neighborhood.

Weather did not cooperate with scheduling but Steve stayed in communication to make sure we would get done. He showed up right on time, prepared, worked hard and did an excellent job. He was very conscientious of taking care of property & doing a good job.

Steve, was on time, very professional, put shoe covers on , walked the inside of the house, removed screens and then started cleaning windows outside. He was very thorough, worked extra h****** a couple of windows that had not been cleaned since the home was built, which entailed scraping material off the glass and he also, had to balance on a pretty steep roof to access these. He then cleaned the inside windows, worked top to bottom and was very careful when moving furniture. Overall, took his time and did the job right!

Steven came on time. He is very careful to wear booties over his shoes at all times.    I have used this service in the past so was confidant the work woud be steller. He did an excellent job as usual. I have the best looking windows on my block!  I will hire him again in the spring for sure:)

Steve did our windows in Nov of 2011 and we were so pleased we had him back this fall.   We decided to add the pressure washing of our house because last fall the city brought water and sewer to our street and the process left our house with an abundance of dirt. 
I am always able to connect with Steve by phone on the first call.   I wanted him to come out after Labor Day and he was able to schedule us right after the holiday.  One day for pressure washing - one day for windows.  He is always very prompt showing up first thing in the morning.   He did all the work himself and never even stopped for a lunch break!  He just keeps going until the job is done. 
We had bats nesting in some of our shutters and I discovered a wasp nest the first day - and Steve just worked with the situation.  We were able to treat the wasp nest over night so they wouldn't be in the way when he came back to wash windows.   And he gently washed the shutters so the bats flew away and weren't harmed.
Steve is very personable - and enjoyed our two dogs too!  My 89 yr old Mom lives with us and he worked around her nap time.  He's just so flexible and really conscientious - I highly recommend him!  He'll always be our first call!!   

Steve called back right away to provide estimate.  He was very punctual and did an excellent job.  It was obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his work.

I contacted several window cleaning companies for an estimate, and Steven responded that day with a phone call and was out to my house the next day to do a quote.  The other providers were several days to a week to respond and provide a quote.  Since the quote was competitve with the others, and I had been impressed with his responsiveness and communication, I went with Twin City Window Cleaning for the job.  He was very flexible on scheduling - even came out on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule.  Steven arrived right on time and did a very thorough job on the window cleaning - they look amazing!!  I also had some questions on gutter cleaning (another service provided by the company), so he checked them out while he was here and said they didn't need to be cleaned.  Overall, I am very pleased.

Steven was great, we had not had our gutters or windows cleaned in 3 years.  He gave us a honest assessment of the job, but when the gutters ended up needing less work, he lowered his estimate.

Steve responded promptly to my call. Came to my house that same day to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly to do the work. He completed the work efficiently and cheerfully.

Steve is a true professional when it comes to cleaning windows & screens.  He is experienced and process oriented, not to mention very friendly with great customer service.  We've hired other window companies in the past, but will stick with this company going forward.

Steve was able to squeeze me in on short notice.  He spent the afternoon at my house working on the outside and then the inside of the windows.  He was very professional, worked around obstacles near the windows and did a great job overall.

Steven was prompt about getting back to me after my inquiry. He had some trouble reaching me via email, and was very diligent about following up.

I did not expect this to be a cheap bid, and it wasn't. However, Steven explained the charges well and thoroughly.

We had some scheduling mishaps, but in the end the job was done about 3 weeks after I received the bid. We were not in a hurry, and considering it was November, I consider this a pretty good turnaround.

The windows look fabulous, Steven was very professional and personable, and was nice to our dog, which is always a plus! He was very respectful about not messing up the house and left everything in good shape.

We found out that Steven also does window cleaning for my partner's aunt. He called her and found out that she loves his work, too.

Steve arrived promptly and set to work right away.  He is fast, efficient, friendly, and very easy to work with.  Working by himself - it took him about 5 hrs to complete the work.  He also pointed out a window that needs to be repaired.  I would definitely hire Steve again.  In fact, I hope to make this an annual service.  Not only do my windows sparkle - he was great with my dogs!
