Beginning as a certified carpenter, he has had experience with every aspect of construction and remodeling from small repairs, to six figure remodels as well as very high end homes. This gives him the ability to see the big picture of your project while paying close attention to the small details that are important to you. Peter will work directly with you from concept/design, to contract and through construction. We have a long standing relationship with our sub-contractors and know both the quality of their work as well as their care and respect for you and your home. Payment schedules usually include a down payment, progress payments and a final payment. Any changes to the signed Construction Contract are handled with a signed Change Order and you will know the cost before a change is implemented. All Construction Contracts meet the State of MN requirements and you will receive Building Performance Guidelines from the Builders Association of MN (BAM).
