Peter will work directly with you from concept/design, to contract and through construction. We have a long standing relationship with our sub-contractors and know both the quality of their work as well as their care and respect for you and your home. Payment schedules usually include a down payment, progress payments and a final payment. Any changes to the signed Construction Contract are handled with a signed Change Order and you will know the cost before a change is implemented. All Construction Contracts meet the State of MN requirements and you will receive Building Performance Guidelines from the Builders Association of MN (BAM).
