Devon was the young man who installed our shower and what an amazing job he did. He was very nice and a very hard worker. All by himself he installed it in one hot day having to go up and down flights of stairs carrying everything. Thank you Devon for all your hard work. You are very appreciated. Owe was helpful and patient while we carefully looked through all the options and selected our materials. Devon did an outstanding job installing a beautiful accessible walk-in shower for my Mom and we are so grateful. With an upcoming knee replacement scheduled, we needed a bathtub removed and a safe option. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They truly listened to our concerns and made sure the design included everything my mom would need: a low-threshold entry, built-in seating, easy-to-use controls, and well-placed grab bars for added safety. A special shout-out to the plumbers they brought in too! We found some surprises out of their control and they helped resolve the issue while keeping us up to date and providing future recommendations to keep our home safe in the future. Now, my mom has a beautiful, spa-like shower that meets her accessibility needs and gives both of us peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trident Bath to anyone! We look forward to renovating two more bathrooms with them in the future.

The employees were very patient with us and answered our questions. My wife said that the installer was the most courteous hard-working and competent tradesman she had ever dealt with. We are very pleased with the appearance of our new shower. Although the grab bars appear to be a very good quality, they are slippery and hard to grip when they are wet. Trident bath is working with us to find something that is more suitable for us. Overall we're pleased with the service and the installation. I would recommend Trident bath to others.

Love our new walki in shower. What a Great experience working with Trident Bath and Shower. From First looking online to receiving a call from Brad, setting an appointment with Uve,, to Devons installation. Everything went like clockwork from beginning to cleanup when done. Shower looks wonderful, works perfectly and completely makes us satisfied. Highly recommend this team and very impressed with being able to work with the 3 owners of the company. My husband really needed a walk In shower. The team at Trident was amazing from start to finish!! The new shower is beautiful and user friendly for my husband. My salesman Uve was awesome and every time I talked to the office they were so helpful and worked us into the schedule promptly! Devin our installer was such a wonderful human to have in our home!!! I wish I had 10 bathrooms to redo so I could have these Trident angels come back!!!!

Paul and his crew were very professional and prompt.  Paul and John were here with my claims adjuster which made the process easier.  We received great communication from Paul and John throughout the process.  The finished product looks wonderful and the cleanup was thorough.  They even helped us pick a shingle color that complimented our house.  Thanks for making a stressful incident stress-free!
