Beyond pleased with the communication . we have a lake home which meant additional effort in variances and permitting. Brendan was with us the entire way. The crew is amazing. "I hired them to remove some ice jams from my roof. They use steam to remove them, so it is a little more expensive than one would think. However, it worth it. The weather has been terrible this winter. Additionally, the ice jams were bigger than I have ever seen them. I felt it was better to pay a little more now instead of chasing leaks and roof damage when the melting starts. I would hire them back in a heartbeat! Finally, Shawn and his crew were really nice and hardworking. That is why they will be back to do some window cleaning later this year!"
