We paid more than our original quote but mostly due to upgrades I wanted. The build was not without hiccups and we had a few of those. I was very pleased at the communication we had during the build. From the initial quote, contract, permits, and HOA approval to the installation and inspection, everything was well-coordinated and communicated. He took the time to walk through our property, identified a few possible challenges in our project, and made sure to note them so the team could ensure a high-quality installation. "We got this company name from Angi’s List and signed a contract and made a down payment with St Croix Kitchen & Bath on March 27th. We were told work would begin in about 8 weeks and would take only 9-10 days to complete. It has now been over 6 months and we still can’t get a start date. A check with the permit office today shows a permit has not even been applied for. We regret ever signing a contract with St Croix Kitchen & Bath. They have had the use of our money for over 6 months now and seem unresponsive to our need to get this project done."
