"I think Mark had good energy early in the process and we got a fair to good price for our house so that wasn’t the issue. I believe he did a bad job on communication between the buyer and myself. I was having to complete updates (ie new septic, carpeting, etc.) before we closed and In addition I had questions if the buyer would want some of the assets (furniture, frig, etc.) in the home or will I need to remove before the buyer moved in. Let me say I hooked up with the buyer and buyer’s agent days before we closed and found out that there were breakdowns in communication. They felt they were not provided adequate details I provided to Mark around updates affecting closing delays nor was I provided the answers around leaving assets behind that the buyer communicated back to Mark. Communication was poor."
