Mike Taylor helped us sell our home and find our forever dream home. He was super patient with us as we had specific requirements for our new home. The entire process of selling and purchasing our home was the smoothest process we have ever been through. Mike knows the market and will represent you to the fullest! He never gave up on us and kept positive when something we thought was going to be our home but turned out it wasn't when I (not my husband) was ready to quit. We had the opportunity to work with Billy Pauling of the Pauling Homes Team as I was relocating to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. My wife and I had a litany of wish list items and Billy listened to EVERY last detail. He provided us listings immediately that met our needs offered potential remedies if every box wasn’t checked. I had a window for about 24 hours about a week later to meet with my future employer. Billy blocked out his schedule for a few hours in the evening and the following morning to show us houses that nailed our wish list. There was no settling for us. We had multiple PERFECT options! As we were 800 miles away, Billy went above and beyond to represent us for a walkthrough with the builder. He conveyed info from meeting and house was pristine at turnover. Billy is a “five star” realtor with his clients needs at the top of his mind. He takes service to a level rarely seen in today’s world. We met Billy Pauling of Pauling Homes Team about five years ago when he knocked on our door on behalf of one of his clients wanting to live in our area. We weren’t ready to sell at the time, but we did contact Billy when we were ready to downsize to a smaller home. This time, his team was knocking on doors in an area we wanted to live. We can’t say enough about Billy Pauling and Mike Taylor of Pauling Homes. They were able to sell our home in the dead of winter in two weeks. They also found our new home so that we could co-ordinate our closings. We were leaving our home of 45 years with all its memories so the transition was a little painful. Our experience working with Billy and the Pauling Homes team was superb! They are not only experts at what they do, but also kind and patient. Lisa Hauschild is amazing to work with and her team is awesome too! Lisa helped us buy our first home and she just helped us find our next home which is a dream and she sold our first home and made the whole process so easy for us! Lisa and her team went above and beyond in the service we received and we were very happy with how everything went. Lisa is so responsive often answering texts emails calls outside of business hours to ensure we were always taken care of and had great communication! Their team also adds thoughtful details such as providing pizza on moving day and personalized tumblers on closing day. I felt empowered as a seller and a buyer with this team on our side. We can't recommend this group enough especially Lisa!

We've used Billy to both buy and sell our home. He treated us like we were his only clients and actually cared that we were happy with our purchase. He took the time to explain anything that we weren't sure about during the process and didn't pressure us into any decisions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire Twin Cities Metro and found us the perfect neighborhood when we moved into the area. When we moved out of state for work and couldn't use Billy as our realtor, he still took the time to offer his advice and talk through our home purchase. I couldn't recommend Billy and his whole team more, you will not be disappointed!

We were first time home buyers and had moved here from out of state. We found the Pauling Homes Team and reviews were promising so I called and was paired with realtor Mike Taylor. Mike was absolutely amazing to work with! He was very quick to respond to our emails and texts and was even able to schedule us a same day viewing for a house that just came on the market in a desirable area. While doing walk throughs at prospective houses he was very knowledgeable about what to look for and pointed out many pros and cons to the houses we looked at - a lot of things we would have missed because we've never done this before and it could be overwhelming at times. Any questions we had about a home Mike would reach out to the seller's realtor to get us answers right away. He was also happy to go back with us a second time to relook at houses we were interested in. As first time homebuyers Mike was amazing at walking us through every step of the process and keeping us well informed of everything. Mike also listened to what we were looking for in a house and the towns we were interested in and was great at sending us suggestions of new houses on the market that we might like. It was actually one of these suggestions that turned out to be our perfect home! The closing process went so smoothly and even after closing Mike is still there to support us as our journey continues. Billy and his team were super flexible and responsive with this crazy market we are currently in. He went way above and beyond. He gave us honest recommendations on what we needed to do based on our neighborhood to get the most value from the sale in the fairly short timeframe we had. We even had a buyer fall through (at least we got the earnest money), and he was right there to help us get it listed again that weekend. We ended up selling for even more than the original offer!

I would highly recommend Lisa Hauschild from the Pauling Homes team with Keller Williams. She did an exceptional job and went far above and beyond her role to ensure I was happy and taken care of. OMG! I can’t say enough good things about Billy and his team! From our initial visit with Billy in our home through his follow up call, several days after the closing, to check on how our move went, Billy was there to support our process.
